Doug’s Burger Den
231 E State St, Eagle, ID 83616
Doug’s Burger Den has been a staple in the heart of Eagle for as long as I can remember. It’s a little diner that offers a breakfast, lunch in dinner just off State Street. They are family owned and operated with kind-hearted employees and great management. Doug’s serves a traditional breakfast, but I would personally recommend their breakfast burrito with sausage. It’s located right across from the Heritage Park and is a great place to sneak over and grab an Flavor-Burst ice cream cone or a shake in the summer. Inexpensive and delicious, Doug’s is a must have when going through Eagle.
North Channel Center, 600 S Rivershore Ln, Eagle, ID 83616
Joe Momma’s specializes in breakfast and is located off of Eagle Road across from Chevron. They offer an array of breakfast dishes such as biscuits and gravy, hearty omelets, and plate-sized pancakes that are nearly impossible to finish. It’s a hopping place on the weekends and could take a few minutes to get a seat but the wait is well worth it for the food. A great place to take the family and enjoy a fresh and healthy breakfast.
